Security
Your calls, messages and files are protected in transit and at rest.
Every account is fully isolated so your data can never be seen by another customer.
Email one-time codes by default, with optional authenticator-app two-factor authentication.
Security is not an afterthought at Pocket Callcenter — it's built into every layer of the product. Here's how we keep your business and your customers safe.
Encryption everywhere
Your calls, messages, recordings and files are encrypted while they travel across the internet and while they sit in storage. This means that even if someone intercepted the data, they could not read it without the keys — and keys are managed separately and rotated regularly.
Total separation between accounts
Every account lives in its own isolated space. Your recordings, transcripts, knowledge base and settings can never be accessed by another customer, and another customer's data can never leak into yours. This separation is enforced at every level, from the database to file storage.
Two-factor authentication
By default, signing in requires a one-time code sent to your email — so a stolen password alone is not enough to get in. You can also switch to an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or 1Password for even stronger protection. You control this from your dashboard at any time.
Access controls
Only authorised systems and personnel can access your data, and only for the purpose of operating and supporting the service. Access is logged and reviewed, and we follow the principle of least privilege — people can see only what they need to do their job.
Monitoring and response
We continuously monitor the platform for unusual activity and respond quickly to potential threats. If we ever detect a security incident that affects your data, we will notify you promptly and work to contain and resolve it.
Your role
Security is a partnership. Use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication, and keep your devices and apps up to date. If you ever suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us.
Report a concern
Found something suspicious or have a security question? Email us at [email protected] and we'll respond promptly. We appreciate responsible disclosure of any vulnerability you may find.
