Text to Voicemail

Missed calls become written messages in your inbox — read them anywhere, without dialling in or listening back.

You can't always answer the phone — and you shouldn't have to. Text to Voicemail turns every missed call into a written message that lands in your email, so you can read it in seconds and decide what matters, instead of dialling in to a voicemail box and listening through every message.

How it works

When a caller reaches your voicemail, they hear a greeting in your own words — type it and we voice it for you, or keep the friendly default. After the tone, they leave their message. Moments later, we transcribe it and send the text straight to your inbox, along with the caller's number and the time of the call. You can also choose to receive it on Telegram or WhatsApp, whichever you check first.

The recording is always saved too, so if you ever want to hear the caller's exact tone of voice, the audio is one click away.

A real example

Meet Rosa, a wedding photographer. On a Saturday she's shooting all day and can't touch her phone. A bride-to-be calls to ask about availability for next June. Rosa misses it — but within a minute she gets an email: "Hi Rosa, this is Emily. I'm getting married next June 14th and wanted to check if you're available. Please call me back when you can." Rosa reads it between shots, texts Emily a quick reply, and has the booking locked in before the ceremony is even over.

Before Text to Voicemail, Rosa would have found the voicemail at 11pm, listened to a minute of background noise and a garbled number, and risked losing the lead. Now the message is readable in seconds, and she can act on it instantly — even mid-shoot.

Why it beats ordinary voicemail

  • Read messages in seconds instead of listening to every one
  • Messages arrive in your email, Telegram or WhatsApp — wherever you are
  • Caller details and time included, so you can call back with context
  • Audio is kept too, for when you want to hear the original
  • No dial-in, no PIN, no voicemail app to install

Make it yours

Your greeting, your voice, your inbox. Type the message callers hear — "Hi, you've reached Rosa. Leave your name, number and wedding date, and I'll call you back today" — preview it spoken aloud, and save. Every missed call from then on becomes a clean, readable message you can act on.
